New Century Homes, LLC. is a local enterprise founded by Michael Belle and David Williams, native Northern Virginians. Michael and David have a collective home-building experience of over fifty-five years. They have expertise in all aspects of development from site acquisition and selection, municipal rezoning, through land and product development, contracting, construction and service.
